To strengthen the global impact of academic journals, we are also seeking accomplished scholars and dynamic leaders to serve as the founding editor-in-chief. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a respected, peer-reviewed journal.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the scope and direction of the journal.
  • Recommend Editorial Board members.
  • Provide feedback in a timely manner and launch the journal with the editorial team’s assistance.
  • Supervise the journal in terms of technique and to improve its scientific content.
  • Pre-check and make a decision on manuscripts and ensure the quality of publications.
  • Decide on the development strategy of the journal each year.
  • Be actively involved in promoting the journal development and public awareness.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree.
  • A distinguished record of research in the related areas of the applied journal.
  • A strong publishing history in international journals with high citations.
  • Excellent ability to use English.
  • Adequate time flexibility to take editorial work.
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Previous editorial experience is preferred.
