Lead an Existing Journal as Editor-in-Chief

To strengthen the global impact of academic journals, we are also seeking accomplished scholars and dynamic leaders to serve as the editor-in-chief. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a respected, peer-reviewed journal.

Responsibilities

Determine the scope and direction of the journal.
Recommend Editorial Board members.
Provide feedback in a timely manner and launch the journal with the editorial team’s assistance.
Supervise the journal in terms of technique and to improve its scientific content.
Pre-check and make a decision on manuscripts and ensure the quality of publications.
Decide on the development strategy of the journal each year.
Be actively involved in promoting the journal development and public awareness.

Requirements

Doctoral degree.
A distinguished record of research in the related areas of the applied journal.
A strong publishing history in international journals with high citations.
Excellent ability to use English.
Adequate time flexibility to take editorial work.
Good leadership and management skills.
Previous editorial experience is preferred.
